
Kale chips are amazing! If you havn't already tried these crispy and salty bits of heaven, then please make these ASAP!
Who would've thought that a healthy leaf like kale, could be made into something that rivals potato chips? Well here is the proof, and it's SUPER SIMPLE.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Bunch Kale
1 Tablespoon Olive or Coconut Oil
1 Teaspoon Salt Flakes
METHOD:
Tear the leaves from the stem and rip them into bite sized pieces and lay on a lined baking tray.
Drizzle over the oil and sprinkle on the salt.
Cook in the oven at 180C or 350F for around 10 minutes, or until crisp (slightly brown edges).
Wait a minute while they cool down, then enjoy! You get a crunchy and salty snack but you get the goodness of kales high levels of iron, magnesium, potassium, vitamins A, C and K!
